HuVia Technologies LLC (“HuVia,” “we,” “our”) operates huvia.ai. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Information We Collect

When you contact us via email, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiries, send requested materials (such as overview or investor decks), and communicate about potential partnerships. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of the communication and for our legitimate business records, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Intuit QuickBooks Online Integration

HuVia offers an optional integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online (“QuickBooks”) that enables connected organizations to synchronize selected financial data with their HuVia workspace. When you authorize the integration, HuVia accesses invoice records, customer records, accounts-receivable aging, and profit-and-loss summaries via the Intuit Developer API. We use the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting OAuth scope and do not request access to QuickBooks Payments, Payroll, or any other scope.

QuickBooks data is used solely for internal financial analysis, automated revenue reporting, and workflow automation within the authorizing organization’s HuVia workspace. We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with any third party for advertising or marketing.

OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault (libsodium encryption). Financial snapshots are stored in our hosted PostgreSQL database, encrypted at rest, and accessible only to HuVia’s internal automated systems. You may revoke HuVia’s access to QuickBooks at any time via your Intuit connected apps page; we purge associated snapshots within thirty (30) days of disconnection. HuVia’s use of information received from QuickBooks APIs adheres to Intuit’s API Terms of Service and Acceptable Use policy.
